Hay how clever is this? As this ordinary-looking plastic top is spun it suddenly flips over, revealing its coloured base, and continues to spin upside-down. Presumably this is due to some sort of clever weighting thing, but what ever it is, the top is fascinating to watch and compulsive to spin again and again. Makes a great Party Pack or Stocking filler item.
